The husband makes pancakes most weekends for all of us. He has perfected the doubling of the recipe and making it dairy free. I am a huge pancake fan. I can eat 4 at one sitting. They make me so happy.

Those are the temperatures from the last two days. Yesterday and today. Like spring and winter. And it’s snowing. They always say if you don’t like the weather here, stay for 5 minutes and it will change. Nebraska, I’m getting awfully sick of you.
Della was baptized yesterday. It was such a neat sacrament. There were 8 babies being baptized – God is so good!!

It’s almost 11 pm and the temperature outside is 1 degree with a -11 wind chill. I got groceries this evening. And couldn’t feel my fingers.
