For dinner tonight, bubbling away in the crock pot: Busy Day Italian Chicken.
1 26-ounce jar of Classico (brand) Spicy Red Pepper Spaghetti Sauce
1 28-ounce can crushed tomatoes
2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 2 to 3 inch pieces
1 lb hot Italian sausage cut into 2 inch pieces
16 ounces of pasta

I bake when I’m stressed. Friend says “you bake a lot”. I laugh out loud and say I must be stressed a lot. Really I don’t bake that much. The careful measuring and mixing of ingredients is soothing to me though. And eating the results can’t be beat either.
