getting an oil change and trying to figure out why my car was so loud all of the sudden. I think the guy thought I was crazy but he finally figured out the power steering pump is going out.

ballet shoes. some days it feels like nothing in this house is where it is supposed to be.
snack. these dark chocolate covered almonds are from Trader Joe’s and addictive. I only buy a box every 3 months or so. and that is chocolate almond milk with a bit of coffee mixed in. yum.

shoes. “parkle shoes” = sparkle shoes. she insists on wearing them every day and I think they are a half size too big because she kicks them off constantly.
clementine in the sunshine. we had a couple of really nice days last week.

new rug. which I love but it’s too small. I think we’re going to move it to a different room.

dance class. 15 preschoolers in tap shoes = really loud!!
the costume came for the recital in June. it’s super bright.
Honest Abe’s Burgers. the best burger I’ve ever had I think. so good.
day alone in Omaha. I met up with some old friends for a “friendship tea” and then ran errands alone for awhile. it was so lovely.
